Thanks to the fast and gentle defrosting by radio waves, the natural, biological and nutritional characteristics of fish and seafood are preserved, thus ensuring the freshness and hygiene of the product.
Different species of fish and seafood, whole, H&G, fillets, with or without shellfish can be thawed by radio waves: thrush, squid, octopus, scallops, mussels, sardines, salmon, tuna, swordfish, shrimp, crayfish, lobster, lobster catfish etc. Processing can be done on IQF products or in blocks. The multi-position upper electrode and the wide conveyor allow the processing of large scale sizes and weights: from a few kilos to 30 kg and from a few centimeters to 23 cm high. On request, the machine can be manufactured to process larger and heavier blocks.
Thanks to the characteristics of radio waves and the different types of belts, the product can be processed packaged or not.
